摘要
采用田野调查法和深度访谈法,以黑龙江省密山市兴凯湖冬捕为案例,从二重理性视角下探究传统渔猎活动绿色发展的内在逻辑与实践路径。研究表明,兴凯湖冬捕经历了由价值理性开端到工具理性弥漫再到价值理性复归的历程。在此过程中,工具理性和价值理性之间的博弈形成了二维向度的“钟摆现象”。研究认为,工具理性和价值理性都是社会发展规律的正常映射,二者的协调统一才是关键。权力规训与主体建构是调适两种理性的外推与内生力量,旨在为传统渔猎体育绿色发展建构一种政府部门引领和渔民自觉参与相结合的路径。
By using fieldwork and depth interview methods and taking Khanka Lake winter fishing in Mishan,Heilongjiang as an example,the paper studied on the internal logic and practice approach of green development of traditional fishing sport based on dual rationality perspective.This research shows that the development of Khanka Lake winter fishing has experienced three stages that are the start of value rationality,the diffusion of instrumental rationality and the return of value rationality.In this process,the change between dual rationality forms two-dimension pendulum phenomenon.It can be concluded that the two rationality both reflect social regularity and the key lies in constructing the regulatory mechanism between two rationality.The construction of power and subjectivity as the main approaches to balance two rationality,aims at building the approach of authority guide and fishermen participation,which is beneficial to the green development of traditional fishing sport.
