XN3000六氟化铀运输容器B2环缝焊接工艺改进

摘要 针对XN3000六氟化铀运输容器制造过程中在焊接技术方面主要存在的难点进行分析,对XN3000六氟化铀运输容器焊接难度最大的B2环缝焊接工艺进行改进,并利用模拟试验验证了修改工艺的可靠性,对焊接工艺、焊接工艺评定、焊接材料、施焊过程等方面进行焊接质量控制。经实践表明,工艺改造后,XN3000六氟化铀运输容器制造过程中B2环缝的焊接效率明显提高。 Based on the analysis of the main difficulties in welding technology in the manufacturing process of XN3000 uranium hexafluoride transport container,the B2 circumferential welding process of XN3000 uranium hexafluoride transport container,which is the most difficult to weld,was improved,and the reliability of the modified process was verified by simulation test,and the welding quality was controlled in the aspects of welding process,welding procedure qualification,welding materials,welding process,etc.The practice shows that the welding efficiency of B2 circumferential seam in the manufacturing process of XN3000 uranium hexafluoride transport container is significantly improved after the process transformation.
