综采工作面过断层顶板控制技术研究

摘要 当回采过断层影响区时,受煤壁片帮、顶板破碎、采动压力及构造应力多因素作用下,容易出现冒顶或者液压支架失稳等问题。为提高山西某矿3302综采工作面过DF12断层期间顶板及煤壁稳定性,提出采用超前注浆方式对断层影响区破碎煤岩体进行加固。依据现场条件设计注浆加固方案并进行工程应用。现场应用后,采面在DF12断层影响区内回采时顶板、煤壁始终保持稳定,采面可保持较快推进速度。 When mining across the fault affected area,roof caving or hydraulic support instability are easy to occur under the action of multiple factors such as coal wall spalling,roof breakage,mining pressure and tectonic stress.In order to improve the stability of the roof and coal wall of the 3302 fully mechanized mining face of a mine in Shanxi Province during the period of passing through the DF12 fault,advance grouting is proposed to reinforce the broken coal and rock mass in the fault affected area.The grouting reinforcement scheme is designed and applied according to the site conditions.After field application,the roof and coal wall of the mining face in the area affected by DF12 fault are always stable,and the mining face can maintain a fast advancing speed.
