摘要
为了研究不同公称直径的丝杠传动效率以提升行星滚柱丝杠产品的质量,为行星滚柱丝杠传动效率试验台设计了一套测量控制系统。系统采用西门子PLC作为控制核心,结合PID算法实现有效控制。通过NI公司的LabVIEW软件、数据采集板卡实现数据的精确采集、储存计算以及分析。试验结果表明,试验台可对扭矩在0~1000 N·m的行星滚柱丝杠进行测量,在额定载荷条件下行星滚柱丝杠的传动效率达到75%,加载精度控制在±1%范围内。
In order to study the transmission efficiency of lead screws with different nominal diameters and improve the quality of planetary roller lead screws,a set of measurement and control system is designed for the planetary roller lead screw transmission efficiency test-bed.The system uses Siemens PLC as the control core and PID algorithm to realize effective control.Accurate data acquisition,storage,calculation and analysis are realized through LabVIEW software and data acquisition board of NI Company.The test results show that the test-bed can measure the planetary roller lead screw with torque in the range of 0~1000 N·m.Under the rated load,the transmission efficiency of the planetary roller lead screw reaches 75%and the loading accuracy is controlled within±1%.
