摘要 该试验采用醇提法提取红参中有效成分,通过单因素和正交试验确定红参低氘水精华液配方,并对其抗氧化效果和美白功能进行评定。结果表明:红参提取液的最佳体积分数2%,甘油最佳体积分数8%,黄原胶最佳体积分数0.2%。该配方得到的精华液pH值为5.2,并通过了离心稳定性的测试,对酪氨酸酶的抑制率达56.56%,具有显著的美白功效。经33位受试者安全评价,仅1位出现轻微红斑现象,产品安全性高,无明显的过敏现象。 In this study,the effective components of Red ginseng were extracted by alcohol extraction,and the formula of Red ginseng low deuterium water essence was determined by single factor and orthogonal experiment,the antioxidant effect and whitening function were evaluated.The results showed that the optimum volume fraction of Red ginseng extract was 2%,glycerol 8%and xanthan gum 0.2%.The essence obtained from the formula had a pH of 5.2,passed the centrifugation stability test,and its inhibition rate on tyrosinase reached 56.56%,which had a significant whitening effect.Safety evaluation was conducted by 33 subjects,only one of them showed slight erythema.The product was safe and had no obvious allergic phenomenon.
