摘要
“一带一路”倡议为甘肃省高等教育国际化水平的提升带来了机遇。在国家政策倾斜和地方政府的积极倡导下,近十年来,甘肃省与“一带一路”沿线俄语国家的高等教育合作取得了显著的成果,但仍然存在很大的提升空间,未来需要进一步加强顶层设计、完善监管机制、调动社会资源参与,方可逐步解决当前合作中面临的交流规模有限、深度不足、模式单一等问题,从而推动甘肃省高等教育在下一个十年的跨越式发展。
The“Belt and Road”initiative has brought opportunities for the improvement of the internationalization level of higher education in Gansu Province.Under the support of national policy and the active advocacy of local government,the higher education cooperation between Gansu Province and the Russian-speaking countries along the“Belt and Road”has achieved remarkable results,but there is still a lot of room for improvement.In the future,it is necessary to further strengthen the top-level policy design,improve the supervision mechanism,and mobilize social resources,so as to gradually solve the problems of limited communication scale,insufficient depth and single mode in the current cooperation,promote the leapfrog development of higher education in Gansu Province in the next decade.
