摘要
目的:采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法同时测定甘油磷酸钠注射液中钠和磷的含量。方法:等离子体气:12 L·min^(-1);辅助气:0.3 L·min^(-1);雾化气:0.6 L·min^(-1);射频功率:1 300 W;泵流速:1.5 mL·min^(-1);分析波长:钠为589.592 nm,磷为213.617 nm。结果:钠的线性范围为1~9μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 6),平均回收率为97.8%,磷的线性范围约为1~5μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为100.0%。2批样品测得的钠和磷含量结果与原标准方法基本一致。结论:建立的ICP-OES法同时测定甘油磷酸钠注射液中钠和磷的含量方法可用于快速大批量测定样品,为更合理地控制甘油磷酸钠注射液的质量提供参考。
Objective:To establish a inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry(ICP-OES)method for the simultaneous determination of sodium and phosphorus in sodium glycerophosphate injection.Methods:Plasma gas:12 L·min^(-1),auxiliary gas:0.3 L·min^(-1),atomization gas:0.6 L·min^(-1),radio frequency power:1300 W,pump flow rate:1.5 mL·min^(-1),analysis wavelength:sodium 589.592 nm,phosphorus 213.617 nm.Results:The linear range of sodium was 1-9μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996),and the average recovery was 97.8%.The linear range of phosphorus was 1-5μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9999),and the average recovery was 100.0%.The results of sodium and phosphorus content in 2 batches of samples were basically consistent with the original standard method.Conclusion:The ICP-OES method for simultaneous determination of sodium and phosphorus in sodium glycerophosphate injection can be used for rapid determination of sodium glycerophosphate injection in large quantities.It provides reference for more reasonable control of the quality of sodium glycerophosphate injection.
