摘要
目的:探讨基于以问题为导向的教学法(PBL)的Gibbs反思循环模式提高神经外科护生批判性思维的效果。方法:选取2020年1月—2021年12月常州市第二人民医院接收的58名规范化培训护生作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组(29名,参照规范化培训教程实施常规带教)和研究组(29名,实施基于PBL的Gibbs反思循环模式)。比较两组护生出科考核成绩,带教前后的批判性思维能力,对带教方法的认可度。结果:研究组出科理论考核和实践考核成绩均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.407、3.995,P<0.05);教学后,两组护生批判性思维能力评分均高于教学前,研究组批判性思维能力评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=3.694、5.147、4.027、4.609、2.727、5.741、3.547,P<0.05);研究组对带教方法明确学习重点、调动学习积极性、提高护患沟通能力、促进师生沟通的认可度评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=8.060、13.797、7.769、4.658,P<0.05)。结论:基于PBL的Gibbs反思循环模式应用于神经外科护生不仅可提高考核成绩,还可增强其批判性思维能力,得到其认可。
Objective:To explore the effectiveness of Gibbs’reflective cycle model based on problem-oriented teaching and learning(PBL)to improve critical thinking of neurosurgical nursing students.Methods:58 standardized training nursing students admitted to the hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected as the study population,and were divided into a conventional group(29,who implemented the conventional teaching with reference to the standardized training tutorial)and a research group(29,who implemented the PBL-based Gibbs’reflective cycle model)using the random number table method.The performance of the nursing students’discharge assessment,their critical thinking skills before and after the teaching,and their approval of the teaching method were compared between the two groups.Results:The theoretical and practical examination scores of the study group outperformed the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(t=4.407,3.995,P<0.05).After teaching,the critical thinking ability scores of nursing students in both groups were higher than those before teaching,and the critical thinking ability scores of the study group were higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(t=3.694,5.147,4.027,4.609,2.727,5.741,3.547,P<0.05).The recognition scores of the study group on teaching methods to clarify learning priorities,motivate learning,improve nurse-patient communication,and promote teacher-student communication were higher than those of the conventional group,with statistically significant differences(t=8.060,13.797,7.769,4.658,P<0.05).Conclusion:The PBL-based Gibbs’reflective cycle model applied to neurosurgical nursing students not only improves their assessment performance,but also enhances their critical thinking skills and gets their recognition.
