肠道微生物群与代谢相关性脂肪性肝病关系的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 代谢相关性脂肪性肝病(MAFLD)在全球普遍流行,经过脂质超载、内质网应激、线粒体功能障碍、氧化应激等“多重打击”,由肝脏脂肪积聚发展为非酒精性脂肪性肝炎(NASH),最终发展为MAFLD相关性肝细胞癌(MAFLD-HCC)。肠内微生物群被称为人类第二基因组,通过肠-肝轴与肝脏双向相关。本文对肠道微生物群失调与MAFLD发病之间关系的研究进展进行综述,旨在为MAFLD的临床防治提供参考。
