摘要
招录制度和考核制度是我国辅警制度的重要内容。虽然法律法规对辅警的招录和考核做了原则性规定,但依然存在招录主体不统一、考核指标体系不完善等问题,亟待进一步规范和优化。我国辅警招录制度应遵循相应的原则,建立统一的招录主体,明确招录条件,规范招录程序;考核制度需明确考核主体,健全考核内容,探索建立符合当地实际的考核方法,强化考核的实施与结果运用,以此规范我国辅警招录制度与考核制度,促进我国辅警队伍规范化和法治化发展。
The recruitment system and assessment system are important elements of the auxiliary police system in China.Although the laws and regulations of China's auxiliary police system make fundamental provisions for the recruitment and assessment of auxiliary police officers,there are still problems such as non-uniform recruitment subjects and imperfect assessment index systems,which need to be further standardized and optimized.The recruitment system of China's auxiliary police should follow the corresponding principles,establish a unified recruitment body,clarify the recruitment conditions,and standardize the recruitment procedures.The assessment system should clarify the assessment subjects,improve the assessment content,explore the establishment of assessment methods in line with the local reality,and strengthen the implementation and application of the assessment results.These measures will help to standardize China's auxiliary police recruitment system and assessment system and promote the standardization and legitimacy of China's auxiliary police force.
