摘要
现代学徒制承载着知识传授和技术技能培养的双重职能,是推动职业教育体系与现代产业体系协同发展,培养工匠型技术技能人才的重要举措。“A+雏鹰计划”项目基于现代电子产业技术革新、工艺改进、技术升级快速迭代等现代产业特征,结合我国特有的国情、制度、文化土壤,紧扣现代学徒制的基本内涵,凸显“现代性”和“学徒制”基本属性,融合创新链、产业链和教育链,重构技术技能人才培养链,校企共建了“研产校三元制”现代学徒制人才培养模式,形成了规范完备的研产校三元协同沟通机制、协同教学运行机制、1+N现代师徒机制和研产校生利益平衡机制等长效机制,为现代学徒制人才培养开辟了一条本土化的实践道路和行动策略。
Modern apprenticeship system has the dual function of knowledge transfer and technical skill development,which is an important measure to promote the coordinated development of vocational education system and modern industrial system,and to cultivate skilled technical talents.The"A+Eyas Program"project,based on the characteristics of modern industry,i.e.process improvement,technological upgrading and rapid iteration of technological innovation,combines with China's unique national conditions,system,and cultural background,focuses on the basic connotation of modern apprenticeship system,highlights the fundamental attributes of"modernity"and"apprenticeship system",integrates innovation chain,industry chain,and education chain,and finally reconstructs the talent development chain of technical skills,and jointly develops the"research-production-school tripartite system"of modern apprenticeship talent training mode.It has formed a standardized and complete mechanism of long-term collaboration and communication among the research-production-school tripartite system,collaborative teaching operation mechanism,1+N modern master-apprentice mechanism,and research-production-school student benefit balance mechanism,which opens up a localized practice path for the modern apprenticeship training.
