摘要
提出了基于3D打印的“微波技术与天线”实践教学方案,并以相对介电常数测试、微带贴片天线设计与实现为例,展示了方案的具体内容,其中:低成本3D打印机用于制备介质衬底,铜箔胶带用于构成器件导体,低成本反射计用于S参数测试。提出的实践设计可加深学生对微波谐振器和天线辐射相关理论的理解,加强学生的微波部件设计、制备和测试技能,激发学生学习兴趣并提高科研实践能力。
We propose application of 3D printing in practice of Microwave Engineering and Antenna.Details of the practice are described through two examples:measurement of dielectric constant and microstrip antenna.In the designed practice,low cost 3D printer is used for fabricate dielectric substrate,copper foil tape for conductive composition and low cost reflectometer for device test.The designed practices are anticipated to help students to understand related theory on microwave resonator and antenna,improve their ability on design,fabrication and measurement of microwave components,stimulate their learning interestand improve their ability on research and practice.
