摘要
目的:观察盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合盐酸吗啡片滴定治疗中重度癌痛的效果及对睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2019年10月至2020年10月内蒙古科技大学包头医学院第二附属医院收治的中重度癌痛患者150例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组75例。对照组给予盐酸吗啡片治疗,观察组给予盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合盐酸吗啡片治疗。比较2组患者睡眠时间的差异,同时比较2组患者的疼痛缓解情况及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗后,观察组的疼痛缓解情况显著优于对照组,观察组患者睡眠时间显著长于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:盐酸羟考酮缓释片联合盐酸吗啡片滴定有助于缓解中重度癌痛患者的疼痛,可显著延长患者的睡眠时间,不增加不良反应发生率。
Objective:To observe the effect of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with morphine hydrochloride tablets on the treatment of moderate and severe cancer pain and the effect on sleep quality.Methods:A total of 150 patients with moderate and severe cancer pain admitted to the Second Affiliated Hospital of Baotou Medical College of Inner Mongolia University of Science and Technology from October 2019 to October 2020 were selected as research objects,and were divided into observation group and control group according to the random number table method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was given morphine hydrochloride tablets,and the observation group was given oxycodone hydrochloride sustained-release tablets combined with morphine hydrochloride tablets.The difference of sleep time between 2 groups was compared,and to compare the pain relief and the incidence of adverse reactions at the same time.Results:After treatment,the pain relief of the observation group was significantly better than the control group,the sleep time of the observation group was significantly longer than the control group,and the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than the control group,the differences between the 2 groups were statistically significant(P s<0.05).Conclusion:Titration of oxycodone hydrochloride sustained release tablets combined with morphine hydrochloride tablets can alleviate the pain of patients with moderate and severe cancer pain,significantly prolong the sleep time of patients and does not increase the incidence of adverse reactions.
