摘要
目的:观察加减归脾汤联合耳穴压豆治疗胃癌(GC)伴癌因性失眠(CRI)患者的临床治疗效果。方法:选取2021年1月至2022年1月山东中医药大学附属医院收治的胃癌伴睡眠障碍患者80例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组40例。2组患者均给予消化内科常规疗法,其中对照组给予常规助眠药物阿普唑仑口服,观察组给予加减归脾汤联合耳穴压豆疗法治疗,4周为1疗程,共治疗8周。比较2组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分等。结果:1)2组患者临床疗效比较,观察组治疗后的总有效率为93.8%,对照组治疗后的总有效率为72.6%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组优于对照组。2)治疗后,2组PSQI评分均有不同程度的改善,观察组的PSQI评分低于对照组,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:加减归脾汤联合耳穴压豆能明显改善了胃癌伴癌因性失眠患者的睡眠质量,具有进一步临床应用的潜力。
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Guipi Decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy in treatment of cancer-related Insomnia(CRI)in patients with gastric cancer.Methods:A total of 80 patients with CRI in patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Shandong University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022.The patients were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both of two groups given conventional treatment,while the control group given conventional sleeping pills alprazolam orally,and the observation group was given Modified Guipi Decoction combined with auricular plaster therapy,4 weeks as a course.The patients were treated for 8 weeks.Evaluate the clinical efficacy,Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)score of the two groups before and after treatment.Results:1)Compared with the clinical efficacy of the two groups of patients,the total effective rate of the observation group after treatment was 93.8%,while the total effective rate of the control group after treatment was 72.6%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the observation group was superior to the control group.2)After treatment,the PSQI scores in both groups improved to varying degrees,and the PSQI scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,with a statistically significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Modified Guipi Decoction and auricular plaster therapy can significantly improve the sleep quality of CRI patients with gastric cancer,which is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
