摘要
目的:观察健康教育路径对老年性白内障患者术前焦虑及睡眠质量的影响。方法:选取2020年6月至2022年6月收治的老年性白内障患者63例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组(n=31)和观察组(n=32)。对照组行常规宣教,观察组行健康教育路径,比较2组患者护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分。结果:1)护理前,2组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);护理后,2组患者SAS、SDS评分均下降,观察组SAS、SDS评分低于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。2)护理后,观察组PSQI评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3)护理后,观察组并发症低于对照组,健康知识掌握程度、护理满意度高于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。结论:对老年性白内障患者采取健康教育路径护理干预,能够有效调节其术前焦虑、抑郁情绪,有利于改善其睡眠质量,提高其生命质量以及护理满意度。
Objective:To observe the influence of health education path on preoperative anxiety and sleep quality of senile cataract patients.Methods:A total of 63 cases of senile cataract patients admitted from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into a control group(n=31)and an observation group(n=32)by random number table method.The control group received routine education,and the observation group received health education path.Compare the scores of the Self-rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS),and Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI)scores between two groups of patients before and after nursing.Results:1)Before nursing,there was no significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups(P s>0.05).After nursing,the scores of observation group were lower than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P s<0.05).2)The PSQI score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).3)The complications in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the degree of mastering health knowledge and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P s<0.05).Conclusion:In patients with senile cataract,strengthening health education path nursing can effectively regulate patients′anxiety and depression before surgery,which is conducive to improving patients′sleep quality,and improving patients′quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
