摘要
为研究装配式综合管廊新型连接件的力学性能,通过理论计算了分析锚固螺栓力学机理、主筋锚固端力学机理和连接件整体抗拔承载力;通过拉拔试验验证了理论计算结果。结果表明:(1)所设计的新型连接件可明显提高试件抗拉强度的极限荷载;(2)各组试块的抗拉性能试验荷载位移曲线都需经历4个阶段,在最终阶段展现出较为稳定的残余强度,不会出现瞬时裂缝;(3)所建立的抗拔承载力计算公式与试验值吻合良好,研究结果对该连接件在装配式综合管廊中的应用具有参考意义。
In order to study the mechanical properties of the new type of assembled pipe gallery connectors,the mechanical mechanism of anchoring bolts,the mechanical mechanism of the anchoring end of the main bar and the overall pullout bearing capacity of the connectors are analyzed theoretically.The results of theoretical calculation are verified by pull-out test.The results show that:(1)the ultimate load of tensile strength of the specimen can be significantly increased by the new type of connector.(2)The load-displacement curves of each test block in tensile performance test need to go through four stages,and in the final stage,relatively stable residual strength is displayed without instantaneous cracks.(3)The established formulas for calculating the pull-out capacity are in good agreement with the experimental values,and the research results have reference significance for the application of the connector in the assembled comprehensive pipe gallery.
