摘要
针对中国对水污染治理不断提高的社会背景,提出基于GC/MS内标法的水污染监测质量控制技术。该技术在现场监测质量控制技术、实验过程中质量控制技术和误差控制技术三个方面控制水污染监测质量,在现场监测质量控制技术中,从GC/MS内标法质量控制和加标回收率测定等多角度控制监测质量。采集河北省邯郸工业园水样本,采用GC/MS内标法监测水污染情况,分析实验结果,GC/MS内标法的回收率比液相色谱法更加合理,且在低加标浓度下GC/MS内标法的回收率和相对标准偏差仍然满足监测要求。
Aiming at the social background of continuous improvement of water pollution treatment,a monitoring quality control technology of water pollution based on GC/MS internal standard method is proposed.This technology controls the monitoring quality of water pollution from three aspects:on-site monitoring quality control technology,experimental quality control technology and error control technology.Amid on-site quality control technology,the monitoring quality is controlled from multiple angles such as GC/MS internal standard method quality control and standard recovery rate measurement.Water samples were collected from Handan Industrial Park of Hebei Province,and water pollution was monitored by GC/MS internal standard method.The experimental results showed that the recovery rate of GC/MS internal standard method was more reasonable than that of liquid chromatography.The recovery rate and relative standard deviation of GC/MS internal standard method still met the monitoring requirements under low concentration of added standard.
