摘要
基于对智慧医院建设的思考,以期逐步解决医疗资源配置差异性带来的医疗资源可达性、即时性和安全性问题,文章从智慧医院的根本含义出发思考和阐释现阶段评价智慧医院智慧程度的几个要素:信息数字化程度、以人为本的医疗环境、可持续发展的医疗设施和智能化架构、节能和碳中和,以及如何更有效的设计和建造一个智慧医院。
As for the thinking and construction of smart hospitals,this paper aims to gradually solve the problems of accessibility,timeliness and safety of medical resources brought by the difference of medical resources allocation.Starting from the fundamental meaning of smart hospitals,this paper intends to ponder and explain several elements to evaluate the wisdom level of smart hospitals at the present stage:the degree of information digitization,human-oriented medical environment,sustainable medical facilities and intelligent framework,energy conservation and carbon neutrality,as well as how to design and build a smart hospital more effectively.
