摘要
随着CT技术的进步和前瞻性临床试验的开展,心血管CT逐渐突破诊断领域,在预防和诊疗领域均取得进展。以心血管CT在临床研究中的新问题为主线,主要阐述近5年心血管CT领域发表的大型临床试验结果,从推动冠心病防治关口前移到优化临床疾病管理决策等方面,探讨心血管CT的临床应用和科学研究趋势。此外,通过回顾当代心血管CT新技术设备的重要进展,明晰心血管CT与影像学的未来发展方向。
With the progress of CT technology and the development of prospective clinical trials,cardiovascular CT has gradually broken through the field of diagnosis and gotten great achievements in both prevention medicine and clinical fields.This paper focus on clinical science issues and the results of large-scale clinical trials conducted in cardiovascular CT in the past five years.We discuss the clinical application and scientific research trend of the cardiovascular CT in the ways including not only promoting the advancement of the prevention and treatment of coronary heart disease,but also optimizing the decision-making of clinical disease management.Besides,in order to clarify the future direction of cardiovascular CT and imaging medicine,this paper reviews the important progress of contemporary novel cardiovascular CT technology and equipment.
