运载火箭智能数字生产车间建设方案初步探索与实践

摘要 中国航天已迈进高密发射阶段,传统生产管理模式已经不能满足中国航天高质量发展的需求。近年来各航天重点单位先后开展了生产管理模式的转型升级,智能制造技术是有效的解决方案,特别适用于运载火箭这种生产周期长、批量小的宇航产品生产。本文分析了智能制造技术在航空航天领域的应用现状,结合工厂规模和承制运载火箭特点。从整体建设思路、系统集成框架、柔性产线等几个方面,提出了一种运载火箭智能数字车间的建设思路。通过智能数字管理系统,工厂运载火箭智能车间实现了工艺数据、生产信息、质量数据的全流程精益管控,火箭产能和产品质量都有了显著的提升。 Chinaʼs aerospace industry has entered the stage of high-density launch,and the traditional production management mode can no longer meet the needs of high-quality development of Chinaʼs aerospace industry.In recent years,key aerospace units have carried out the transformation and upgrading of production management mode.Intelligent manufacturing technology is an effective solution,especially suitable for the production of aerospace products with long production cycle and small batch size.This paper analyzes the application status of intelligent manufacturing technology in the field of aerospace,combining the scale of the factory and the characteristics of the carrier rocket.From the aspects of overall construction idea,system integration framework,flexible production line,etc.,a construction idea of intelligent digital workshop for launch vehicle is proposed.Through the intelligent digital management system,the factoryʼs launch vehicle intelligent workshop has realized the whole process lean control of process data,production information and quality data,and the rocket production capacity and product quality have been significantly improved.
