摘要
目的 探究延伸信息化管理在食管胃底静脉破裂出血患者内镜套扎术联合组织胶栓塞术后的应用价值。方法 收集2020年6月-2022年1月在信宜市人民医院经内镜套扎术联合组织胶栓塞术治疗的肝硬化食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者64例,随机划分为两组,研究组与参照组,各32例。参照组实施综合围术期管理,研究组则基于参照组方案实施延伸信息化管理。比较两组术后不同时间点疼痛VAS评分、管理前后心理状态评分与自我管理能力评分、术后并发症发生率。结果 研究组术后24h、48h、72h的VAS评分均低于参照组(P<0.05);管理后研究组HAMA评分及HAMD评分均低于参照组,自我管理能力评分高于参照组(P<0.05);研究组术后并发症发生率低于参照组(P<0.05)。结论 在食管胃底静脉破裂出血患者经内镜套扎术联合组织胶栓塞术治疗期间实施延伸信息化管理,可缓解患者疼痛,改善情绪,促患者自我管理能力提升,规避术后并发症,值得推广。
Objective To explore application value of extended information management for esophageal and gastric fundus vein rupture and bleeding patients after endoscopic ligation combined with tissue glue embolization.Methods The paper chose 64 patients with liver cirrhosis,esophageal and gastric varices with endoscopic ligation and tissue glue embolization in Xinyi City People's Hospital from June 2020 to January 2022,and divided them into two groups randomly,study group and reference group,with 32 cases in each group.Reference group was treated with comprehensive perioperative management,while research group with extended information management based on reference group scheme.VAS pain scores,psychological state scores and self management ability scores before and after management,and postoperative complications incidence were compared between two groups at different time points after surgery.Results VAS scores in study group were lower than control group at 24h,48h,and 72h after surgery(P<0.05).After management,HAMA scores and HAMD scores of study group were lower than reference group,self management ability scores were higher than reference group(P<0.05).Incidence of postoperative complications in study group,lower than reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion Extended information management can alleviate pains,improve mood,promote self management ability,and avoid postoperative complications for patients with esophageal and gastric fundus vein rupture and bleeding during endoscopic ligation combined with tissue glue embolization,which is worthy of promoton.
