摘要
目的 观察氨磺必利对抑郁症患者心理状况及疲乏症状的影响。方法 选取江西省荣军优抚医院2020年4月至2022年2月收治的93例抑郁症患者,根据患者住院号将单号者纳入对照组(47例)、双号者纳入治疗组(46例);对照组接受常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用氨磺必利治疗;对比两组临床疗效,心理状况[症状自评量表(SCL-90)],疲乏症状[疲劳严重度量表(FSS)]及不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组总有效率(91.30%)较对照组(70.21%)高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗3个月SCL-90评分、FSS评分均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);组间治疗3个月内不良反应总发生率对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 抑郁症患者采用氨磺必利治疗疗效较好,可改善心理状况,减轻疲乏症状,且药物安全性好。
Objective To observe the effects of amisulpride on psychological status and fatigue symptoms in patients with depression.Methods A total of 93 patients with depression admitted to the Jiangxi Province Rongjun Special Care Hospital from April 2020 to February 2022 were selected.According to the odd-even hospitalization numbers,those with odd hospitalization numbers were included in the control group(47 cases)and those with even hospitalization numbers were included in the treatment group(46 cases).The control group received conventional treatment,and the treatment group was treated with amisulpride based on conventional treatment.The clinical efficacy,psychological status[SCL-90],fatigue symptoms[Fatigue Severity Scale(FSS)]and the occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group(91.30%)was higher than that of the control group(70.21%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the SCL-90 score and FSS score in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions within 3 months between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Amisulpride is effective in the treatment of depression patients,which can improve psychological condition and reduce fatigue symptoms,and has good safety.
