摘要
匡建军教授临床治疗风寒湿痹型膝骨性关节炎(KOA)强调中西结合治疗。匡教授认为,KOA应属于中医学“痹证”之“骨痹”范畴,治法当以散寒除湿,温经通络。同时,结合湖湘地域特色,创造性地提出了正清风痛宁三联序贯疗法,将口服、中医定向透药及定点注射3种疗法联合使用,同时坚持中药内服外调,一药多用,最大化地提高了药物的利用率,临床常屡获佳效。
Professor Kuang Jianjun emphasized the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine in clinical treatment of knee osteoarthritis with wind-cold-dampness arthralgia.He believes that knee osteoarthritis should belong to the category of“bone arthralgia”of“arthralgia”in traditional Chinese medicine,and its treatment should be to dispel cold and remove dampness,warm meridians and dredge collaterals.At the same time,combined with the regional characteristics of Huxiang,Professor Kuang Jianjun creatively put forward the triple sequential therapy of Zhengqing Fengtongning three sequential therapy,which combines oral therapy,directional penetration of traditional Chinese medicine and fixed-point injection.At the same time,it insists on internal administration and external adjustment of traditional Chinese medicine,so that one medicine can be used for multiple purposes,which maximizes the utilization rate of drugs,and often achieves good clinical results.
