摘要
探索了一种同时提高制样质量与效率的自动制样方法,自动涂胶机采用旋转挤压原理将黏胶挤出,并自带保温功能以确保黏胶出胶顺畅,依靠自动化控制胶头的移动速率和挤胶压力,确保涂胶效果。采用自动涂胶法可快速、准确地实现制样要求,提高供需双方锌层附着力检验制样的一致性与效率。
An automatic sample preparation method was explored to improve the quality and efficiency of sample preparation at the same time. The automatic gluing machine used the principle of rotary extrusion to extrude the adhesive, and had its own thermal insulation function to ensure the smooth adhesive release. It relied on the automatic control of the moving speed and extrusion pressure of the rubber head to ensure the gluing effect. The automatic gluing method could quickly and accurately meet the sample preparation requirements, and improved the consistency and efficiency of the zinc layer adhesion test sample preparation between the supplier and the demander.
