摘要
恶性胸膜间皮瘤(malignant pleural mesothelioma,MPM)是一种罕见的恶性肿瘤,发展中国家的MPM发病率和死亡率仍在上升,但该疾病发展背后的确切发病机制仍不清楚,尚缺乏有效的治疗方案。本文结合相关文献,总结了MPM的治疗现状和最新进展,并重点关注未来新型治疗策略的探索,以期能够更好地指导临床实践。
Malignant pleural mesothelioma(MPM)is a rare malignant tumor.The morbidity and mortality of MPM are still rising in developing countries,but the exact pathogenesis in the development of the disease is still unclear and there is a lack of effective treatment at present.Based on relevant literature,this paper summarizes the current treatment and latest progress of MPM,and focuses on the exploration of new treatment strategies in the future,so as to better guide clinical practice.
