基于颜色和化学成分研究不同干燥方法对杜仲雄花品质影响 被引量:8

The effects of different drying methods on the quality of male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides based on color and chemical compositions

摘要 为研究不同干燥方法对杜仲雄花品质影响,该文以新鲜杜仲雄花为原料,分别采用阴干、冷冻干燥、高、低温热风干燥、微波干燥及真空干燥处理杜仲雄花,以杜仲雄花颜色、总黄酮含量、总多糖含量及主要活性成分京尼平苷、京尼平苷酸、芦丁、绿原酸、木犀草苷、松脂醇二葡萄糖苷、桃叶珊瑚苷含量为评价指标,以熵权法分析结合颜色指数法、正交偏最小二乘判别分析及含量聚类热图综合评价杜仲雄花品质。实验结果表明,阴干、冷冻干燥基本保持杜仲雄花鲜花原有颜色,微波干燥杜仲雄花总多糖含量较高且利于苯丙素类、木脂素类、环烯醚萜类活性成分保留,低温热风干燥杜仲雄花总黄酮含量较高,真空干燥杜仲雄花各成分含量均有所降低。以熵权法综合评价不同方法干燥的杜仲雄花品质排序:微波干燥>高温热风干燥>冷冻干燥>低温热风干燥>阴干>真空干燥。综上,以杜仲雄花颜色考量,较为适宜的干燥方法为阴干、冷冻干燥;综合杜仲雄花颜色、活性成分及经济效益考量,较为适宜的干燥方法为微波干燥,该研究结果对杜仲雄花适宜产地加工方法的确定具有重要参考价值。 In order to study the effect of different drying methods on the quality of Male flowers of Eucommia ulmoides(MFOEU),fresh MFOEU used as raw materials in this paper and were treated with drying in the shade(DS),vacuum freeze drying(VFD),high or low temperature hot air drying(HTHAD,LTHAD),microwave drying(MD)and vacuum drying(VD).The color,total flavonoids content,total polysaccharides content,and main active components of MFOEU,such as geniposide,geniposide acid,rutin,chlorogenic acid,galuteolin,pinoresinol diglucoside,and aucubin were used as evaluatio n indicators.The quality of MFOEU was evaluated comprehensively by entropy weight method,combined with color index method,partial least squares discriminant analysis and content clustering heat map.The experimental results showed that VFD and VD basically kept the original color of MFOEU.The content of total polysaccharides in MFOEU by MD is higher and it is beneficial to the retention of phenylpropanoids,lignans and iridoid terpenes..The content of total flavonoids in MFOEU b y LTHAD was higher but the active content of MFOEU by VD decreased.According to the comprehensive evaluation of the quality of MFOEU by entropy weight method,the order of quality of MFOEU dried by different methods is:MD>HTHAD>VFD>LTHAD>DS>VD.In summary,considering the color of MFOEU,the more suitable drying methods are DS and VFD.Considering the color,active components,and economic benefits of MFOEU,the more suitable drying method is MD.The results of this study mean important reference value for the determination of suitable produci ng area processing methods for MFOEU processing in the producing areas.
