摘要
为了研究葎草Humulus scandens茎叶的化学成分,利用硅胶、Sephadex LH-20、ODS柱色谱以及制备型HPLC等分离纯化方法,从葎草95%乙醇提取物的石油醚萃取部位中分离得到13个化合物,根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定了它们的结构,分别为citrunohin A(1)、猫眼草黄素(2)、紫花牡荆素(3)、neoechinulin A(4)、吲哚-3-甲酸乙酯(5)、3-羟乙酰基吲哚(6)、(1H-indol-3-yl) oxoacetamide(7)、褐孔菌酸(8)、青蒿乙素(9)、花椒毒酚(10)、α-生育醌(11)、对羟基桂皮酸正二十酯(12)和9-oxo-(10E,12E)-octadecadienoic acid(13)。其中化合物1为1个新的二氢查尔酮,化合物2~13为首次从葎草中分离得到。
To study the chemical constituents from the stems and leaves of Humulus scandens,thirteen compounds were isolated by different chromatographic methods including silica gel column,ODS,Sephadex LH-20 and preparative HPLC.Based on comprehensive analysis,the chemical structures were elucidated and identified as citrunohin A(1),chrysosplenetin(2),casticin(3),neoechinulin A(4),ethyl 1H-indole-3-carboxylate(5),3-hydroxyacetyl-indole(6),(1H-indol-3-yl)oxoacetamide(7),inonotusic acid(8),arteannuin B(9),xanthotoxol(10),α-tocopherol quinone(11),eicosanyl-trans-pcoumarate(12)and 9-oxo-(10E,12E)-octadecadienoic acid(13).Among them,compound 1 was a new dihydrochalcone,and the other compounds were obtained from H.scandens for the first time.
