摘要
习近平法治思想中蕴含着丰富的关于依宪执政的重要内容,构成了习近平法治思想中的依宪执政理论。习近平法治思想中的依宪执政理论,经历了从“依法执政”到“依宪执政”的伟大飞跃,标志着中国共产党执政理念与执政方式的重大转变和创新发展。习近平法治思想中的依宪执政理论,主要包括主体论、目的论、价值论、依据论、方式论等内容,是一个思想深刻、内涵丰富、逻辑自洽的理论体系。习近平法治思想中的依宪执政理论,彰显出政治性、人民性、实践性和时代性等鲜明特征。习近平法治思想中的依宪执政理论还具有强烈的实践指向,是指引“依宪治国、依宪执政”向纵深推进的理论指南。
Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law is rich in important contents about governing by Constitution,which constitutes the theory of governing by Constitution in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law.The theory of governing by Constitution in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law has undergone a great leap from"governing by law"to"governing by Constitution",marking a major transformation and innovative development of the CPC’s governing philosophy and way of governing.The theory of governing by Constitution in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law mainly includes the theory of subject,purpose,value,basis and way,which is a theoretical system with profound thought,rich connotation and self-consistent logic.The theory of governing by Constitution in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law manifests distinctive features such as political,people’s,practical and contemporary features.The theory of governing by Constitution in Xi Jinping thought on the rule of law also has a strong practical orientation,and is a theoretical guidance for the deepening of"ruling the country and governing by Constitution".
