甘肃省水资源承载力分析与评价 被引量:2

摘要 为了更好的对甘肃省14个地级行政区水资源承载力进行评价,本文选取水资源开发利用率、水资源生态容量指数、水资源生态压力指数、水资源集约利用度、水资源负载指数、水资源可持续发展指数6个评价指标,采用一般集对、模糊集对、模糊集对聚类、可变模糊集与集对分析耦合4种方法系统地评价水资源承载力。结果表明:甘南州水资源承载力最好,具备良好的开发条件;张掖市和陇南市水资源承载力较好,开发能力客观;定西市、天水市和临夏州水资源承载力一般,开发能力尚可;酒泉市、金昌市、武威市、白银市、平凉市和庆阳市水资源承载力已达到饱和,开发能力有限;嘉峪关和兰州市水资源承载力最差,发展条件严重不足。评价结果为区域水生态文明建设、最严格水资源管理、河湖健康评估、水资源开发利用等提供一定的技术支撑。 In order to better evaluate the water resources carrying capacity of 14 prefecture of the People's Republic of China in Gansu Province,in this paper,six evaluation indexes are selected,which are water resources development and utilization rate,water resources ecological capacity index,water resources ecological pressure index,water resources intensive utilization degree,water resources load index and Water Resources Sustainable Development Index,general set pair evaluation,fuzzy set pair,fuzzy set pair clustering,variable fuzzy set and set pair analysis are used to evaluate water resources carrying capacity.The results showed that the water resources carrying capacity of Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture was rated as grade 1,Zhangye and Longnan as grade 2,and Dingxi,Tianshui and Linxia Hui Autonomous Prefecture as grade 3,jiuquan,Jinchang,Wuwei,Baiyin,Pingliang and Qingyang are rated at level 4 and Jiayuguan City and Jiayuguan City are rated at level 5.The evaluation results provide technical support for the construction of regional water ecological civilization,the strictest water resources management,the health assessment of rivers and lakes,and the development and utilization of water resources.
