摘要
介绍了潜水式不锈钢排污泵的工作原理,结合公司实例以WQ40-3-1.1B不锈钢潜水排污泵设计开发、试验过程中出现的电泵规定流量点扬程与电泵效率偏低问题进行分析探讨。发现了在电泵过载的情况下,运用切割定律加大叶轮外径D_(2)未必能够提升电泵水力性能现象。最后通过减小叶轮盖板外圆方法来提升电泵性能,通过对比试验验证了圆盘摩擦损失对离心泵效率有重要影响。
In the article,the working principle of the submersible stainless steel sewage pump was introduced,and combined with the company's example,the problem of low flow point head and pump efficiency of the electric pump during the design,development,and testing of the WQ40-3-1.1B stainless steel submersible sewage pump was analyzed and discussed.It was found that increasing the outer diameter D_(2) of the impeller using the cutting law may not necessarily improve the hydraulic performance of the electric pump when it is overloaded.Finally,the performance of the electric pump was improved by reducing the outer circle of the impeller cover plate,and comparative experiments were conducted to verify the significant impact of disc friction loss on the efficiency of the centrifugal pump.
