摘要
膨胀石墨(EG)是多孔吸附材料中具有优良传热效果的材料。为进一步提高石蜡(PW)/EG复合相变材料的热性能,以PW为相变主材,EG为载体,碳化硅(SiC)、碳纤维(CF)或活性炭(AC)为强化传热介质,通过熔融共混法制备了不同质量分数配比的复合相变材料(CPCM)并压制成形。采用导热系数测试仪、差示扫描量热仪、扫描电子显微镜对CPCM的热性能进行测试和表征。结果表明,当CPCM中PW∶EG∶SiC(质量比)为70∶25∶5时,CPCM的导热系数为1.827W/(m·K),潜热为147.2J/g,分别为PW∶EG=70∶30的CPCM的1.022倍和1.036倍。所制备的CPCM没有新物质产生,相变温度合适,微观结构紧凑,热性能好。
Expanded graphite(EG)is a kind of porous adsorption material with excellent heat transfer effect.In order to further improve the thermal properties of paraffin/EG composite phase change materials,composite phase change materials(CPCM)with different mass fraction ratios were prepared by melt mixing method with paraffin wax(PW)as the main phase change material,EG as the carrier,and silicon carbide(SiC),carbon fiber(CF)or activated carbon(AC)as the reinforcing heat transfer medium,and further pressed into shape.Thermal properties of CPCM were tested and characterized by thermal conductivity tester,differential scanning calorimeter and scanning electron microscope.The results showed that when PW∶EG∶SiC(mass ratio)in CPCM was 70∶25∶5,the thermal conductivity and latent heat of CPCM were 1.827W(m·K)and 147.2J/g,which were 1.022 times and 1.036 times that of CPCM with PW∶EG=70∶30,respectively.The prepared CPCM had no new substance generation,suitable phase change temperature,compact microstructure and good thermal properties.
