某三甲医院构建科主任目标管理体系的实践探索 被引量:3

摘要 在公立医院高质量发展的大背景下,各级医院的运行模式也应当不断进行创新,逐步构建高效的科室管理模式,提升医疗服务能力,为人民群众提供更优质的医疗服务。科主任是医院的中坚力量,其管理能力是影响医院管理效能的重要因素。江苏省淮安市某三甲医院探索建立多种评价体系,包括学科评价指标体系、医疗质量评价指标体系,积极推动重点专科和质控中心建设工作,并在此基础上构建科主任目标管理体系,对科主任进行全面评价。科主任目标管理体系的建立激发了科主任做好科室管理的主观能动性,使医院整体学科建设和质量管理水平获得提升,为推动公立医院高质量发展提供了借鉴。 Under the background of high-quality development of public hospitals,the operation modes of hospitals at all levels should also be constantly innovated,and an efficient department management mode should be gradually built to enhance the medical service capacity and provide better medical services for large groups of people.Director is the backbone of the hospital,and his management ability is an important factor affecting the management efficiency of the hospital.A 3A hospital in Huai'an City,Jiangsu Province explored the establishment of various evaluation systems,including subject evaluation index system and medical quality evaluation index system,and actively promoted the construction of key specialties and quality control centers.On this basis,a target management system for department directors was established to comprehensively evaluate department directors.The establishment of the target management system of department directors has stimulated the subjective initiative of department directors to do a good job in department management,improved the overall discipline construction and quality management level of hospitals,and provided reference for promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals.
