摘要
谷物干燥过程在线检测与控制技术是保证谷物干燥高效开展的重要条件,依靠单一的物理检测手段难以深入解析干燥过程变化规律,难以得到可靠的干燥过程参数。以谷物深床干燥为研究对象,分析深床干燥过程中的过程特性和物理机制,分析各项参数的内在联系及物理意义,研究结果对于提高谷物干燥控制过程提供理论参考。
Online detection and control technology of grain drying process is an important condition to ensure efficient grain drying.It is difficult to deeply analyze the change law of drying process and obtain reliable drying process parameters by relying on single physical detection means.This study takes deep bed drying of grains as the research object,analyzes the process characteristics and physical mechanism in deep bed drying process,analyzes the internal connection and physical significance of each parameter,and the research results provide theoretical reference for improving the control process of grain drying.
