摘要
产教融合背景下高职院校与本科院校联办应用型本科专业属于新生事物,无成熟经验可借鉴,该类型教师创新团队急需研究和建设。该团队应是在产教融合下高职、应用型本科共同作用下的多种愿景的融合,能通过团队建设进行示范,引领高职院校教学改革,提升人才培养质量。从产教融合背景下教师创新团队建设中存在的管理不规范、结构不合理、制度保障不健全、业务能力不匹配等现实困境出发,通过研究实践,探索出一套可复制推广的发展思路和建设途径。
Under the background of the integration of industry and education,the application-oriented undergraduate specialty jointly run by higher vocational colleges and undergraduate colleges is a new thing,and there is no mature experience to learn from.Its teacher innovation team is in urgent need of research and construction.The team should be the integration of multiple visions under the joint action of industry education integration,higher vocational education and applied undergraduate.It can demonstrate through team construction,lead the teaching reform of Vocational Colleges and improve the quality of talent training.Starting from the practical difficulties of non-standard management,unreasonable structure,imperfect system guarantee and mismatched professional ability in the construction of teachers’innovation team under the background of the integration of industry and education,this study explores a set of development ideas and construction ways that can be copied and popularized through research and practice.
