摘要
目的研究患者在进行内镜下黏膜剥离术(endoscopic mucosal dissection,ESD)中采用不同护理措施的效果。方法方便选取2018年1月—2021年6月在南京市溧水区中医院接受ESD的患者76例,随机分为研究组和对照组,分别采用优质护理和常规护理措施,各38例,对比两组患者焦虑(SAS)评分、抑郁(SDS)评分,躯体功能、心理功能、社会功能、物质生活评分和护理满意度情况。结果护理前两组SAS、SDS评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,研究组患者SAS评分(43.24±1.23)分、SDS评分(44.12±1.68)分,均明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=20.041、13.885,P<0.05)。生活质量评分方面对比,研究组患者的躯体功能(59.24±11.20)分,心理功能(63.58±12.52)分,社会功能(53.50±11.63)分,物质生活(66.28±14.32)分,均高于对照组的相关指标评分情况,差异有统计学意义(t=3.154、2.233、2.102、2.514,P<0.05)。研究组患者的护理满意度为97.37%,高于对照组护理满意度78.95%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05)。结论对于ESD的患者实施护理干预可取得理想的临床效果,患者的心理状态得到了明显改善,且其生活质量也提高明显,促使护理满意度得到有效的提升。
Objective To study the effect of different nursing measures in patients undergoing endoscopic mucosal dissection(ESD).Methods A total of seventy-six patients receiving ESD in Lishui District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2018 to June 2021 were conveniently selected and randomly divided into study group and control group,respectively adopting high-quality nursing and routine nursing measures,thirty-eight cases each.The Self—Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)score,Self-rating Depression Scale(SDS)score,physical function,psychological function,social function,material life score and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients were compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in SAS and SDS scores between the two groups before nursing(P>0.05).After nursing,SAS score(43.24±1.23)points and SDS score(44.12±1.68)points in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=20.041,13.885,P<0.05).In terms of quality of life score,physical function(59.24±11.20)points,psychological function(63.58±12.52)points,social function(53.50±11.63)points,material life(66.28±14.32)points of patients in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=3.154,2.233,2.102,2.514,P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of patients in the study group was 97.37% which was higher than that of the control group by 78.95%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.537,P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of nursing intervention for patients with ESD can achieve ideal clinical effects,the psychological state of patients has been significantly improved,and the quality of life is also significantly improved,so that nursing satisfaction has been effectively improved.
