摘要
目的 从国内外光环境与屈光不正研究,探讨光环境与眼球发育关系以此为临床中西医近视防控治疗上提供参考。方法 以中国知网CNKI和Web of Science为数据源进行检索,运用CiteSpace 5.8 R3软件就论文发表时间、数量等进行统计。结果 (1)共纳入文献142篇,中文文献130篇,英文文献13篇。(2)年度发文量:近10余年来以国内机构发文为主。(3)研究热点主要以多巴胺、色光和波长为主要研究靶点。(4)研究机构:眼科新进展为国内期刊发文量最多,Plos One为国外期刊发文量最多。结论 国内外光环境与屈光不正研究文献总体呈上升趋势,但各地域学者之间的交流亟需发展。
Objective To investigate the relationship between light environment and eye development from domestic and international research on light environment and refractive error,and to provide a reference for clinical myopia prevention and control treatment in Chinese and Western medicine.Methods CNKI and Web of Science were used as the data sources,and CiteSpace 5.8 R3 software was used to calculate the publication time and the number of papers.Results(1)A total of 142 papers were included,130 in Chinese and 13 in English.(2)Annual publication volume:mainly published by domestic institutions in the past 10 years or so.(3)Research hotspots mainly focus on dopamine,color light and wavelength as the main research targets.(4)Research institutions:Recent Advances in Ophthalmology is the most published article in domestic journals,and Plos One is the most published article in foreign journals.Conclusion The overall trend of research literature on light environment and refractive error at home and abroad is on the rise,but communication between scholars from various regions needs to be developed urgently.
