摘要
肠道微生物对人体的健康至关重要,其改变与许多全身性疾病的发生、发展密切相关。随着生活方式及饮食习惯的不断转变,肠道微生物正在发生改变,人类的疾病谱也发生重大改变,越来越多的研究致力于阐明肠道微生物对人类健康与疾病的影响,其中,肠道微生物-免疫轴的提出对疾病的发生发展有了更深刻的认识。本综述总结了肠道微生物如何通过调节机体免疫系统影响某些全身性疾病发生发展,通过认识肠道微生物与机体免疫系统的相互作用,为某些疾病的诊治提供新思路。
Intestinal microbe is very important to human health,and the change of intestinal microbe is closely related to the occurrence and development of many systemic diseases.As the lifestyle and eating habits changing,intestinal microbes are changing,the human disease is also a major change,a growing number of studies to clarify the intestinal microbial effects on human health and disease,among them,the intestinal microbes-immune axis is put forward on the happening of the disease development we have a more profound understanding.This review summarizes how intestinal microorganisms affect the occurrence and development of some systemic diseases by regulating the immune system of the body.By understanding the interaction between intestinal microorganisms and the immune system of the body,it will provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of some diseases.
