摘要
以低热值煤灰渣为主要原料,采用静压成型法制备了无机人造大理石,考察了水泥用量、粉煤灰掺量、炉渣粒径、成型压力和水热养护温度对无机人造大理石性能的影响。结果表明:当水泥用量为20%、粉煤灰掺量为40%、炉渣掺量为40%、炉渣最大粒径为8 mm、成型压力为50 MPa、水热养护温度为70℃时,制备的无机人造大理石压缩强度和弯曲强度分别达到77.40、7.21 MPa,密度为2.28 g/cm^(3),吸水率为3.30%,孔隙率为6.62%。在70℃的水热养护环境下,水泥的加入充分激发了粉煤灰的火山灰活性,生成大量的C-S-H胶凝,提高了无机人造大理石的强度。
In this study,inorganic artificial marble was prepared by static pressure forming,using low calorific value coal fly ash and boiler slag as the main raw material.The effects of cement content,fly ash dosage,boiler slag particle size,forming pressure and hydrothermal curing temperature on the performance of inorganic artificial marble were investigated.It was determined that when the cement content was 20%,the fly ash dosage was 40%,the boiler slag dosage was 40%,the maximum boiler slag particle size was 8 mm,the forming pressure was 50 MPa,and the hydrothermal curing temperature was 70℃,the inorganic artificial marble showed the best performance.Its compression strength and flexural strength up to 77.40、7.21 MPa,respectively,with density of 2.28 g/cm^(3),water absorption of 3.30%and apparent porosity of 6.62%.Under the hydrothermal curing environment at 70℃,the addition of cement adequately activated the cementitious activity of fly ash,generating a large amount of C-S-H gel,improving the strength of inorganic artificial marble.
