摘要
通过研究底分层支护技术,优化14022工作面底分层大断面支护工艺、采用槽钢梁锚索+超前注浆加固,提升底分层大断面巷道支护强度;优化钢棚结合和超前预留搭接梁卡,创新实施边扩刷边安装生产组织,首次成功在底分层破碎顶板条件下布置工作面切眼大断面,实现了底分层破碎顶板条件下大断面切眼扩刷、安装一体化施工工艺。14022工作面底分层大断面切眼巷道的成功实施,突破了底分层破碎顶板切眼大断面支护难题,具有很高的推广意义。
By studying the bottom layered support technology,optimizing the bottom layered large cross-section support technology of 14022 working face,using channel steel beam anchor cables and advanced grouting reinforcement,the support strength of the bottom layered large cross-section roadway is improved;Optimize the combination of steel shed and reserve the overlapping beam card in advance,innovate and implement the production organization of installation while expanding and brushing,successfully arrange the large section of the working face under the condition of the bottom layered broken roof for the first time,and realize the integrated construction process of large section cutting,expanding and brushing,and installation under the condition of the bottom layered broken roof.The successful implementation of the large cross-section cutting roadway in the bottom layer of the 14022 working face has broken through the problem of large cross-section support for the broken roof cutting roadway in the bottom layer,and has high promotion significance.
