摘要
随着PLC和变频器控制技术的日臻成熟,我港建设的中水调节站引入PLC控制的变频调速恒压供水技术,应用于港区堆场喷淋等生产作业,达到自动化运行和节能降耗的目的。文章首先对变频调速工作原理及其节能理论进行分析介绍,进一步设计出中水调节站的总体框图、系统结构、主电路和运行流程。最后对比传统供水方式,总结出变频调速供水系统的几点优势,值得推广应用。
With the increasing maturity of PLC and frequency converter control technology,the reclaimed water regulation station constructed in our port has introduced PLC controlled variable frequency speed regulation and constant pressure water supply technology,which has been applied to production operations such as spraying in the port yard,achieving the goal of automated operation and energy conservation and consumption reduction.The article first analyzes and introduces the working principle of variable frequency speed regulation and its energy-saving theory.Then further designs the overall diagram,system structure,main circuit,and operating process of the reclaimed water regulating station.Finally,by comparing traditional water supply methods,several advantages of variable frequency speed control water supply systems are summarized,which is worthy of popularization and application.
