摘要
陕西省参与知识产权质押融资试点工作取得了一定的成效,但同时也面临着一些问题,如知识产权保护机制不够完善、价值评估体系不够健全、交易市场不够规范、人才储备欠缺等,影响知识产权质押融资发展。为此,提出完善知识产权保护体系、构建健全的价值评估体系、规范知识产权交易市场、加强知识产权领域人才培养等对策建议。
Shaanxi Province has actively participated in the pilot project of intellectual property,and have achieved certain results.While,Shaanxi Province also faces some problems,such as the IPR protection mechanism is not perfect,the value assessment system is not sound enough,the trading market is not standardized enough,and the talent reserve is lacking,etc.,it affects the development of intellectual property mortgage financing.To this end,countermeasure suggestions are put forward,such as improving the IPR protection system,building a sound value assessment system,standardizing the IPR trading market,and strengthening the training of talents in the IPR field.
