摘要
工匠精神是一种职业态度、职业精神、职业品质与职业道德综合体现,新时代背景下培育大学生工匠精神,有助于形成正确劳动观、练就过硬的职业技能、树立远大职业理想。因此,应结合大学生工匠精神缺失的具体表现,采取优化工匠精神培育社会环境、坚守高校工匠精神培育阵地、开垦工匠精神培育家庭沃土、加强学生工匠精神自我教育的培育路径,真正养成大学生工匠精神,为大学生良好的职业发展奠定坚实基础。
The craftsman spirit is a comprehensive reflection of professional attitude,spirit,quality and ethics.Cultivating the craftsman spirit of college students in the new era is conducive to the formation of a correct concept of labor,the training of excellent professional skills,and the establishment of lofty professional ideals.Therefore,in combination with the specific manifestations of the lack of craftsmanship spirit of college students,we should adopt the cultivation path of optimizing the social environment for cultivating craftsmanship spirit,sticking to the cultivation position of craftsmanship spirit in colleges and universities,reclaiming the fertile soil for cultivating craftsmanship spirit in families,and strengthening the self-education of craftsmanship spirit of college students,so as to truly cultivate the craftsmanship spirit of college students and lay a solid foundation for the good career development of college students.
