摘要
针对某汽轮机叶片结构强度的安全性问题,采用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench中的静态结构分析模块对叶片和轮缘的应力强度进行仿真分析。计算结果表明:叶片应力主要集中在叶根下倒圆处,且轮缘所受的应力强度大于叶根;结合材料特性可知,该型叶片设计满足机组运行条件下的安全性要求,为后续叶片设计提供数值依据。
Aiming at the safety problem of a turbine blade,the static structural analysis module of ANSYS Workbench is used to simulate and analyze the strength of the blade and flange.The calculation results show that the blade stress is mainly concentrated in the inverted circle under the blade root,and the stress intensity of the flange is greater than that of the blade root.Combined with the yield strength of the material,it can be seen that the blade design matches safety requirements under the working condition,which provides numerical basis for subsequent blade design.
