摘要
优质专用弱筋小麦适合制作饼干、糕点等食品,豫南地区位于长江中下游,弱筋小麦年种植面积近20万hm^(2),是发展弱筋小麦的优势区域之一。分析了近几年豫南弱筋小麦产业发展中种质资源匮乏、种植面积小、配套技术研究推广力度不够、收储体系不健全等突出问题,并提出了加大培优新品种、规模化生产与收购和加大信息平台宣传等具体对策,以期为豫南弱筋小麦产业快速发展提供参考。
High-quality special weak gluten wheat was suitable for the production of biscuits cakes and other foods.The southern Henan Province,which was located in middle and lower reaches of Yangtze River,had a weak gluten wheat planting area of nearly 200000 hm^(2),which was one of the dominant areas for the development of weak gluten wheat.We analyzed the outstanding problems such as lacking of germplasm resources,small planting area,insufficient research and promotion of supporting techniques and imperfect purchasing and storage system in recent years.Finally,some recommendations were put forward to accelerate the development of industrialization of weak gluten wheat in southern Henan Province,including strengthening the breeding of new varieties,large-scale production and acquisition and increasing the publicity of information platform.
