摘要
目的研究方氏头针联合体针治疗非洲苏丹地区寒湿型腰痛的临床效果。方法选择2021年7月至9月就诊于苏丹恩图曼友谊医院门诊的70例寒湿型腰痛患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组和治疗组,每组35例,对照组剔除4例,治疗组剔除5例,最终对照组31例,治疗组30例。对照组给予常规体针治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上加用方氏头针。比较两组的治疗次数、临床疗效、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)、Oswestry功能障碍指数(ODI)和日本骨科协会评估治疗分数(JOA)评分。结果治疗组的治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,治疗组的VAS、ODI、JOA评分明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论方氏头针联合体针治疗苏丹地区寒湿型腰痛的效果显著。
Objective To study the clinical effect of Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type low back pain in Sudan region,Africa.Methods A total of 70 patients with cold-dampness type low back pain who were treated in the outpatient department of the Sudan Entuman Friendship Hospital from July to September 2021 were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.Four cases in the control group and 5 cases in the treatment group were excluded.Finally there were 31 cases in the control group and 30 cases in the treatment group.The control group was treated with routine body acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with Fang's scalp acupuncture on the basis of the control group.The treatment times,clinical efficacy,Visual Analogue Scale(VAS),Oswestry Disability Index(ODI)and Japanese Orthopaedic Association Scores(JOA)scores were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS,ODI and JOA scores in the treatment group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Fang's scalp acupuncture combined with body acupuncture in the treatment of cold-dampness type low back pain in Sudan region has a significant effect.
