摘要
随着数智技术向制造业各环节的广泛渗透与融合,传统知识要素影响组织价值创造的作用机制有可能产生改变,因而需要更深入的探索考察。鉴于此,分别从组织内外关键知识载体的视角出发,基于知识资源观和社会网络视角,首先探索智力资本、外部网络嵌入与企业价值创造间关系机理,再进一步剖析组织内部员工职业可持续性的调节作用机制。以2010—2020年1 265家上市制造业企业面板数据为样本,实证研究结果显示,智力资本对制造业企业价值创造具有显著促进作用,网络嵌入在智力资本与企业价值创造中起到中介作用,职业可持续性在智力资本与企业价值创造的关系中起到正向调节作用。研究结论对于企业智力资本系统构建、企业战略优化及企业价值创造等均具有积极的理论借鉴和实践启示。
With the extensive penetration and integration of digital-intelligence technology into all aspects of manufacturing industry,the function mechanism of traditional knowledge elements on organizational value creation may change;therefore,more in-depth exploration is needed.In this vein,based on the knowledge resource view and social network perspective,firstly explores the relationship between intellectual capital,external network embeddedness and enterprise value creation,and then further analyzes the regulatory mechanism of the career sustainability of employees inside the organization from the perspectives of key knowledge carriers inside and outside the organization.Taking the panel data of 1265 listed manufacturing enterprises from 2010 to 2020 as samples,the empirical results show that:intellectual capital has a significant positive effect on value creation,network embeddedness plays a mediating role between intellectual capital and enterprise value creation,while career sustainability moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and enterprise value creation.The findings have theoretical significance and practical relevance in the construction of enterprise intellectual capital system,enterprise strategy optimization and enterprise value creation.
