摘要
通过对云南以礼河四级电站复建工程出线竖井220kV交联聚乙烯绝缘电缆的敷设安装实例,对水电工程深竖井电缆安装敷设和运行过程中随负荷电流及环境温度的变化产生热胀冷缩形成的轴向力进行分析研究,以及采用蛇形布置释放轴向力的方法和措施,保障电缆敷设过程中和投运后的运行安全,为行业内、外同类型的深竖井高压电缆敷设安装提供经验。
Taking 220kV cross-linked polyethylene insulated cable laying and installation of outgoing shaft of Yilihe Fourth Cascade Hydropower Station Reconstruction Project as an example,this paper analyses and studies the axial force formed by thermal expansion and contraction during installation,laying and operation of cable in deep shaft of hydropower project along with load current and environmental temperature changes.The serpentine arrangement is used to release the axial force,which guarantees the safety of operation during and after cable laying and provides experience for laying and installing the same type of deep shaft high-voltage cable both inside and outside the industry.
