摘要
为明确驱替介质对油藏微生物群落的影响,利用高通量测序方法,对胜利油田水驱油藏、聚合物驱油藏、聚合物驱后水驱油藏开展了内源微生物群落特征分析,为后续不同油藏微生物驱激活剂的筛选评价提供参考。结果表明:水驱油藏的微生物群落多样性最高,主要包含了Pseudomonas sp.、Alicycliphilus sp.、Tepidiphilus sp.、Parvibaculum sp.、Marine bacteria sp.和Halomonas sp.等优势菌属,微生物种类多,且均匀分布;聚合物驱油藏主要包含了Pseudomonas sp.、Arcobacter sp.、Deferribacter sp.、Pannonibacter sp.等优势菌属;聚合物驱后水驱油藏包含了Pseudomonas sp.、Alicycliphilus sp.、Thauera sp.等优势菌属;聚合物驱油藏和聚合物驱后水驱油藏微生物多样性依次降低,优势菌主要与氮代谢、铬吸附矿化相关;通过对比分析得出,油藏微生物群落结构会随着驱替介质的改变发生不同的变化,水驱油藏微生物群落多样性高,种类丰富,但无明显的优势菌,聚合物驱油藏和聚合物驱后水驱油藏微生物群落多样性降低,其中与聚合物代谢相关的微生物类群成为优势菌;外界引入的驱替介质会对油藏微生物群落造成选择压力,不同油藏实施微生物驱之前,需依据其特有的微生物群落特征制定不同的微生物群落激活策略。研究成果可为胜利油田不同类型油藏实施微生物驱提供理论支撑。
In order to clarify the impact of displacement media on reservoir microbial community,the method of high-throughput sequencing is used to analyze the characteristics of endogenous microbial community in water flooding reservoir,polymer flooding reservoir and water flooding reservoir after polymer flooding in Shengli Oilfield,so as to provide reference for screening and evaluation of microbial flooding activators in different reservoirs.Analysis shows that microbial community diversity of water flooding reservoir is the highest,mainly including dominant bacteria of Pseudomonas sp.,Alicycliphilus sp.,Tepidiphilus sp.,Parvibaculum sp.,Marine bacteria sp.and Halophilic bacteria sp..There are several kinds of microorganisms and they are evenly distributed.Polymer flooding reservoir mainly contains dominant bacteria genera including Pseudomonas sp.,Arcobacter sp.,Deferrobacter sp.and Pan⁃nonibacter sp.Water flooding reservoir after polymer flooding contains dominant bacteria genera including Pseudo⁃monas sp.,Alicycliphilus sp.and Thauera sp.Microbial diversity of polymer flooding reservoir and water flooding reservoir after polymer flooding decrease successively,and dominant bacteria are mainly related to the metabolism of nitrogen and chromium adsorption mineralization.Comparative analysis shows that microbial community structure of reservoir will change differently with the change of displacement medium.Microbial community diversity of water flooding oil reservoir is high and rich,but there is not obvious dominant bacteria.Microbial community diversity of polymer flooding reservoir and water flooding reservoir after polymer flooding is reduced,and microbial groups related to polymer metabolism become the dominant bacteria.Before microbial flooding is implemented in different types of reservoirs,different activation strategies of internal microbial community should be formulated according to their unique microbial community characteristics.The research provides theoretical support for microbial flooding in different reservoirs in Shengli Oilfield.
