UPLC-MS/MS法同时测定婴幼儿洗发沐浴露中6种抗过敏药物

摘要 采用超高效液相色谱串联三重四极杆质谱法(UPLC-MS/MS)定性和定量的测定技术,建立了婴幼儿洗发沐浴露中6种抗过敏药物的检测方法。洗发沐浴露经2%甲酸-甲醇提取,ACQUITY BEH C 18柱(1.7μm,2.1×100 mm)分离,在电喷雾正离子模式下,以多反应监测模式进行检测。外标法定量。结果表明该方法在0~30 ng·mL^(-1)范围内呈良好的线性关系,6种抗过敏药物的决定系数(R 2)均大于0.9998,方法检出限(LOD,S/N=3)和定量限(LOQ,S/N=10)分别为0.076~0.51μg·kg^(-1)和0.25~1.7μg·kg^(-1),各加标水平的回收率在68.8%~94.8%之间,相对标准偏差为0.3%~3.1%。通过对30批市售婴幼儿洗发沐浴露的筛查,表明该方法简单、快速、准确,可被应用于该类产品质量安全的监测。 An ultra performance liquid chromatography tandem triple quadrupole mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of six antiallergic drugs in baby wash and shampoo.Samples were extracted by 2%formic acid-methanol with ACQUITY BEH C 18 column(1.7μm,2.1×100 mm)separation.The multi reaction monitoring mode was used for detection under the positive ion mode of electric spray;the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis.The proposed method had a good linear relationship in the range of 0~30 ng·mL^(-1).All the determination coefficients of the six antiallergic drugs were more than 0.9998.The detection limits(LOD,S/N=3)and quantitative limits(LOQ,S/N=10)were 0.076~0.51μg·kg^(-1) and 0.25~1.7μg·kg^(-1),respectively.Recoveries of each spiking level were 68.8%~94.8%and the relative standard deviations were 0.3%~3.1%.Through the screening of thirty batches of commercial baby wash and shampoo,it shows that the proposed method is simple,fast and accurate,and can be used to monitor the quality and safety of this kind of product.
