摘要
城市RBD具有改善城市环境和形象、完善城市旅游功能、传承与创新城市历史文化等功能。以合肥市淮河路步行街为例,结合双因素理论进行网络文本分析,探究其总体满意度及操作因素(风景、环境、基础、价格)和表达因素(文化和意愿)下的满意度。研究表明:淮河路步行街总体满意度和各要素满意度较好;价格是游客不满意的主要因素;文化是提升游客满意度的重点要素;确定了六大要素的核心要素。最后从多元融入地域文化元素,功能分区、整合资源,拓展淮河路步行街的空间和功能,改进服务与管理等方面提出建议。
Urban RBD has the functions of improving urban environment and image,perfecting urban tourism function,inher⁃iting and innovating urban history and culture.Taking Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street in Hefei City as an example,combined with the two-factor theory,it conducts network text analysis to explore its overall satisfaction and satisfaction under operational factors(scenery,environment,foundation,price)and expression factors(culture and willingness).The research shows that:Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street has better overall satisfaction and satisfaction of various elements;price is the main factor for tourists’dissatisfaction;culture is the key factor to improve tourists’satisfaction;the core elements of the six elements are determined.Finally,suggestions are put forward from the aspects of diversifying into regional cultural elements,functional zoning,integrating resources,expanding the space and functions of Huaihe Road Pedestrian Street,and improving services and management.
